First Ritual – Balancing Cleanser
Splash cool water on face. Take a small pump in your fingertips and inhale the enticing aromatics. Use circular massage movements starting at the neck up. Rinse off. Release. Purify.
Yoga Ritual: Yogic Complete Breathing
To awaken the life force energy: Bring your hands to your belly, and begin to inhale into the abdomen so that it expands on the inhale and contracts on the exhale. Once you are comfortable breathing into the belly begin to fill your whole torso (belly, ribs and collar bone) with air from the bottom up, like filling a pitcher with water. Drop the breath into the belly first, then fill the ribs, then the collar bones. Exhale from the top down. Once you have mastered this breath please complete 20 breaths.
Second Ritual – Liquid Nectar
Cover the eyes and spray on skin. Take deep breaths to allow the aromatic mist to sink in. Invoke. Affirm. Awaken. For sporty, or oily skin types, just pray and go!
Yoga Ritual: Floating Lotus Gesture
To awaken and balance the inner waters of life: With palms turned up and held just above the navel centre bring the index fingers to the root of the thumb, then touch the tips of the thumb and third fingers together, curl the middle fingers in slightly and place the tip of the left baby finger on top of the tip of the right. Close your eyes and connect to an inner mood of flow and floating.
Third Ritual – Rejuvenation Serum
Massage the serum starting at the neck using upward brush-like strokes. Follow with marma therapy, pressure point sequence. See photos for full routine.
Yoga Ritual: Open Heart Gesture
Hold the hands in front of the heart with the palms facing the chest and the hand soft. Feel the energy of the heart centre expanding and concentrate on the Union of the the lunar and solar energies at your heart centre. Let this image inspire a sense of inner harmony and Divine union.
Fourth Ritual – Renewal Cream
Apply small amounts of Renewal Cream onto your fingertips. Begin massage at the decollete, moving with wave-like strokes back and forth, up the neck, and gently using wave-like motions across the face. Close your eyes, place your hands on your heart. Be still. Rest. Restore!
Yoga Ritual: Relaxation
Lie on your back with palms turned up and toes relaxed out. Now relax your whole body and bring your mind into a mood for integration and healing. Take you attention to your toes and move slowly part by part up your body relaxing each body part as your mind touches it. Continue until you reach the crown. Abide in this state for as long as you like. When coming out please make small movements first and proceeded slowly.
