Course Descriptions

The Andrea Olivera Centre for Ayurveda offers a number of courses to advance your Spa Specialist skills. Private training is also available.

The following five courses are available individually or can be grouped together in weekend workshops to suit your busy schedule.

Each course will immediately upgrade your application of Ayurvedic principles to your practice while allowing you to gradually build your skill set with additional training.

Introduction to Ayurveda is a good prerequisite for all additional courses.

Class Format

These ancient teachings are transmitted from teacher to student in the oral tradition of India with interactive hands on learning.

Group and private classes are available according to your preference, training objective and schedule. Each option has its own benefit and should be considered carefully.

East & West Locations: Toronto & Lethbridge

Training is available in Toronto, Ontario, and in Lethbridge, Alberta. Schedules are available for you to plan ahead. Overnight accommodations are available onsite in Lethbridge.

Rates:

Single occupancy $75 per night
Double occupancy $50 per night
Meal Plan $25 per day

Private time is available and encouraged, following the dinner hour to fully integrate the teachings and to ensure proper rest and reflection for the following day’s training. Common areas are available to students only during class hours.
